Mallow Truffles: Winter Festive

A flight of 6 winter holiday themed mallow truffle flavors. The perfect festive dessert, pairing for a charcuterie board or host gift. Locally sourced, organic ingredients primarily grown on our urban farm. This sampler uses kosher fish gelatin, and is allergen free (no gluten, soy, dairy, egg, corn or nuts). Celiac safe.

1. Apple Cider (fresh apples with a light winter spice mix) 

2. Sugar Plum Berry (fresh berries & plum with a light sugar crunch)

3. Holiday Cranberry (cranberries paired with cocoa) 

4. Gingerbread (fresh ginger from our garden, organic molasses & winter spices) 

5. Holiday Mint (fresh mint, organic cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar- an elevated candy cane flavor)

6. Vanilla Sugar Cookie (brown sugar-vanilla base with a delicious crunch)
